The ECD-IWTCHS will take place in the Tulla-Gebäude (Tulla building, 11.40) on KIT’s Campus South. Campus South is located in the center of the city of Karlsruhe and has a direct connection to the motorway A5. Input for navigation systems: Englerstr. 11, 76131 Karlsruhe
Please note: No parking areas are available on the Campus. We therefore recommend to come by public transport.

By Railway
Campus South is located in the city center of Karlsruhe, about ten minutes away from Karlsruhe Central Railway Station. It can be reached easily with public transport means.
Precise departure times can be found on the website of the Karlsruher Verkehrsverbund (destination: Durlacher Tor/KIT-Campus Süd). The timetable information system of Deutsche Bahn (German railways) offers detailed information in case you want to come by train.
By Plane
If you have to cover long distances, fly to one of the following airports and proceed to Karlsruhe.
Stuttgart Airport
- Take S-Bahn (suburban train) S2 or S3 towards Hauptbahnhof Stuttgart (Stuttgart central railway station). From there, take a train to Karlsruhe (for departure times, consult the timetable information system of Deutsche Bahn).
- Proceed to Campus South by taking a tram of the Karlsruher Verkehrsverbund (Karlsruhe Transport Association).
Frankfurt Airport
- The railway station is located directly near the airport. From there, take a train to Karlsruhe (for departure times, consult the timetable information system of Deutsche Bahn).
- Proceed to Campus South by taking a tram of the Karlsruher Verkehrsverbund (Karlsruhe Transport Association).
Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden Airport (Baden-Airpark)
- From Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden Airport, take a bus to Rastatt or Baden-Baden or an express bus to Karlsruhe Hauptbahnhof (Karlsruhe Central Railway Station).
- Proceed to Campus South by taking a tram of the Karlsruher Verkehrsverbund (Karlsruhe Transport Association).
